There is no such thing as an "albino" cat, dog or horse!

All the animals pictured here are "leusistic", meaning they are white with pink skin, but they have blue eyes- a sign that they are not albino. Cats, dogs and horses all lack the gene for true albinism.

Who knew that our closest allies in the animal kingdom can't be albino?
